Patronen en Bedrog
Patronen van Bedrog is een heel concreet verhaal over "de vuile was van de westerse wereld." De auteurs vermelden erbij dat in Rusland en China dit soort kritiek niet mogelijk is, en dat er dus een bepaald democratische fundament onder de westerse democratieën i.c. de VS ligt dat je toch wel op waarde mag schatten.
Hoofdstuk zeven - de dollar als wapen - begint zo: Als landen vroeger hun grondgebied wilden uitbreiden, moesten ze gebieden veroveren en er koloniën stichten. naast handel drijven hadden ze daarbij vaak het doel om zich op de onrechtmatige wijze grond- en delfstoffen en zelfs mensen (slaven) toe te eigenen. Diefstal en uitbuiting als bedrijfsmodel. De westerse wereld werd er rijk en welvarend mee. Inmiddels wordt dit primitieve landjepik binnen de wereldorde niet meer geaccepteerd. Daarom moet het nu veel geraffineerder worden aangepakt... er moest een andere manier bedacht worden om geopolitieke en economische doelen te behalen.
Die passieve vorm klinkt door het boek heen, het erop volgende hoofdstuk heeft als titel: Hoe de media zich laten gebruiken.
Maar als snel komt de actieve vorm, want concrete vragen zijn de rode draad in dit boek: "waarom is de dollar zo belangrijk voor de VS?" het antwoord begint met: "Voor de WOII was de Amerikaanse economie vooral naar binnen gericht..." Vraag 44: waarom helpt de VS extremisten en terroristen?
Maar ja wanneer je dit boek niet gelezen hebt, weet je niet dat de VS in meer dan 60 landen een militaire basis heeft. De VS lijkt een persoonlijke vijand van de auteur. Is dat dan het motief van het boek? Boosheid? Dat iemand gaat jagen op een Deep State kan ik op zich nog wel begrijpen, maar de aanklacht tegen patronen van bedrog roept ook de vraag op: wie zonder zonde is, gooie de eerste steen. En als er patronen van bedrog bestaan dan gaat de financiële wereld zeker niet vrijuit, schat ik in. De laatste vraag, 83: Worden gevangen in de VS misgebruikt voor medische experimenten?
